What countries does Scentsy now Scent?
United States (including Guam & Puerto Rico), 10 Canadian Provinces (Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan & Alberta), Germany & the United Kingdom of Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
Scentsy is offering the following products in Europe?
50 Scentsy scented bars, 19 Full-Size Scentsy Warmers, 6 Mid-Size Scentsy Warmers, and Warmer Stands. In addition, there are four Combine and Save offerings: Scentsy Bar 3-Pack, Scentsy Bar 6-Pack, Scentsy System a Full-Size warmer and 3 bars and a Scentsy Mid-size system a Mid-Size warmer and 3 bars.
Are the warmers or scents different in Europe?
To meet European requirements, the light bulbs used in Scentsy Warmers have been replaced with heating elements to melt the wax and LEDs to provide light through the vents. Electric voltage is different in the U.K. and in Germany and Scentsy Warmers for Europe are designed for use in those markets. Scents for the European markets are manufactured in France, but the 50 fragrances included in the catalog are Scentsy fragrances popular in the U.S.

The United Kingdom prices are in British pounds (£). Germany prices are Euros (€). European pricing is “VAT inclusive.”

Yes! Scentsy is one of the only party plan companies in these markets to provide free shipping on party orders above the minimum.
Sponsoring in Europe:
If you have contacts in Europe who would like to join Scentsy. What do you need to do?
There are some simple steps to sponsor in the U.K. and/or Germany or, from Germany & the UK to US & Canada:
You must first Join Scentsy in one of the Markets currently available
You will need to have a PWS (Personal WebSite from Scentsy) which is FREE for your first 3 months (a small nominal fee after) and you can immediately start enrolling/recruiting other Consultants from that Region. Once you join you can sign up to recruit from other regions as well.
Your potential recruits will be able to go to your PWS and enroll immediately upon your joining Scentsy.
I have contacts in Germany I would like to sponsor, but I don’t speak German. What can I do to support them?
One of the benefits of agreeing to the International Service Fee Agreement is the ability to change your market and language on your Workstation or PWS. So, if you have the agreement and accept the SICA for Germany, you will be able to view your Workstation and PWS in German, or in an English language version of the German content. So, you can see what your recruit will see, in whichever language works best for you. Also, we have some consultants in our Team who speak fluent German/Deutsch to help!
What if my new recruit has questions? Do they call Consultant Support?
Scentsy has dedicated Consultant Support Representatives in Scentsy’s new call center and warehouse/shipping facility outside of Warsaw, Poland. Your new Consultant in Europe can call the European call center to have their questions answered.
